MRST Barracudas is a year round instructional and competitive swimming organization. The Cudas are a member of United States Swimming (USS), the Empire State Swim League (ESSL) and the Orange-Dutchess Swim League (ODSL).

MRST practices and competitions are held at Middletown High School and Maple Hill Park in the city of Middletown, New York.

MRST Athletes range in age from 5 years to 18 years in age. Athletes are placed in an appropriate level of programming based upon their skill level. We also offer a “Barracuda in Training Program” for those swimmers not quite ready to compete at swim meets. These levels are divided amongst Bronze Level, Silver Level or Gold Level depending on ability. Each level has goals for swimmers to attain, thereby providing a progressive building of skill level.
